how soon to apply myco chum

i'm just mixing the FFOF and perlite now to get ready to transplant my solo cup girls into 3 gal fabric pots a week or so.
would it be a good idea to water the mix with myco chum/activated EM now or wait?
i know FFOF has enough stuff in it to last several weeks but was just wondering.

and yes i know full well that zill says never add perlite to FFOF. lol

No bother. You could probably replace the great white on that chart with your microbes.
