From the Redding, California online news August 10 2009
A Fortuna man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale after Tehama County Sheriff's deputies say they found four pounds of marijuana in his car during a traffic stop.
Kyle Micah Bailey, 28, was pulled over around 11:50 a.m. on Saturday in Red Bluff for failing to properly signal a turn, deputies said.
During the traffic stop, Bailey told deputies he had medical marijuana in his car that he was transporting to Los Angeles to sell, deputies said. During a search of his car 3.75 pounds of marijuana and a quarter pound of hashish were found, deputies said.
Deputies said they also found a .22 caliber handgun.
Because of the amount of marijuana and Bailey's statement of intent to sell, deputies said they believed he possessed the drugs not for medical use but for illegal sale.
Bailey was arrested and booked into the Tehama County Jail on suspicion of transportation of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sale, possession of concentrated cannabis, being armed in the commission of a felony and illegal possession of pepper spray. He was not listed as an inmate Monday morning.
So who wants to count the mistakes this guy made? I will be the first to call him a complete fool, mainly for talking about anything besides traffic stop with the cop.
