How to continue flower cycle after power outage

About 8 weeks in. The ladies got 6 hrs of light then the power went out for 8 hours. Do I continue the dark cycle for 4 hours and pick up with 12/12 or should I get light back on them for the 6 hours they lost?

Just clarifying, forgive me I'm a little slow been up all night. Do I extend it to my normal 12/12 which would be 9 more hours of darkness. or just to continue the way its going with 12/12

Seedlings a week old should be good right? I run a 20/4 veg. Since they went 8hrs off I was going to just run a 24 hr on and go back to my normal
