I'm looking for info on how to maintain white Roots in coco. They start out white but always seem to turn brown and more in to strings than fuzzy white roots.

I'm running 50/50 coco perlite feeding every other day. I've tried making sure they dry out and I've tried keeping them wet

Been using caps bennies as well as brewed teas. I can't seem to figure out how people get this massive white roots balls at the bottom of he pot.

Everything above ground looks great.

Bottom-watering helps draw root growth down towards the bottom of the pot where you can see 'em. But I'm with Goo.

Yeah I've noticed them out the drain holes but I figured I should be seeing them when I pull the plant and coco from the pot.

Raise the humidity in your room during lights on. Roots will shrivel up outside the pot in a dryer room, is what ive noticed. Doesnt really make a difference tho, the ones in your medium are still going to be healthy if your taking care of them.
