here you go and heres a link to the pdf.
http://www.ohp.com/Labels_MSDS/PDF/floramite_label.pdf

it says it last up to 28 days. and looks like its a 1/4-1/2 teaspoon per gallon

USE RATES AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Mix 4 to 8 fluid ozs. FLORAMITE SC in 100 gals. of water (1⁄4 -
1⁄2 tsp./gal) and apply as a full coverage spray to the foliage
using a volume of 1-4 qts. of final solution per 100 sq.ft. (or 100 -
400 gals. per acre). Actual spray volume will vary depending on
the size of plants being treated. Application should be made as
soon as mites appear and will provide residual control for up to
28 days. Use the low rate for preventative applications or where
mite infestations are light. The higher rate may be required for
heavy infestations or for extended residual control. For optimum
coverage of ornamentals with hard to wet foliage, an adjuvant
can be added to the FLORAMITE SC/water solution. Those
found to be effective are Silwet 77® or Sylgard 309® at 4 oz. per
100 gallons of water. Users should test safety and compatibility
of all adjuvants prior to commercial use. Do not use adjuvants in
solutions applied to greenhouse tomatoes.
When used as a directed, FLORAMITE SC is effective for the
control of a variety of mites species, especially spider mites, red
mites and grass mites. NOTE: It is not effective against rust
mites, broad mites and flat mites. FLORAMITE SC is primarily
active on the motile stages of mites, but also has ovicidal activity
against spider mites (Tetranychus species). Common mite
species controlled by FLORAMITE SC include:

That is the mixture I used.
It does stay on the plant for 28 days. And keeps killing.
Only need one application.
But for 28 days after application it is on the leafs and will get on your hands.
So be very sure to wash your hands every time you touch them girls.
The stuff works great.

I use 2ml per gallon mixed with 50ml of dutch masters penetrator. only use it once and only on the moms. that's where you win the mite battle. i haven't had to use it but maybe once a year nowadays. preventative measures ftw.

Thanx ent, Twist, and Bossman... all helped out well.... I just finished slaveing for more than 4 hrs scrubbing down both tents w/ bleach... spraying w/ floramite once then realizing the little fuckers are still moving and then spraying down each individual leaf for more than 20 ladies... and people want you to bring your prices down to less than 4000 per pound... this is hard work.... well Lets hope that all this work pays off!!

Hey bro,
The most effective way to apply any pesticide.
If possible is to dip them. Those little fuckers can hide real well.
I fill a 5 gallon bucket with the mix. Then put a piece of card board across the top off the pot. Flip the plant over and stuff the whole plant in the solution.
This way you are sure to get every single crevice.

For the best results add 2nl/gal of a product called StirupM. Also a fogmaster JR is a good way to apply the products.

I was told from the store I get it to use @ 3ml per gallon.

At this concentration it has completely solved my mote issues - years ago. And they never came back. However, I never take in new plants. And I never have outdoor herb in my grow houses.

Dip any new clones (as stated above) you get at 3ml per gallon.

Spray older plants completely - especially the undersides of the leaves.

Anywhere you don't touch with the spray will be a spot where the f*ckers will escape to.
