How to re-amend super soil?

I have approximately 10 gallons worth of used super soil from my last run. I also have some earthworm castings and fish bone meal. Can I re-amend my soil with just these ingredients?

Do I need to replace the mychorrizal fungi? Could they have survived without a host plant?
