How to use Great White??

Hi everyone, I'm doing my first grow. Just one plant (Bruce Banner). My plant is only one week old at this point and while I know better than to blast it with nutrients at this point, I did just buy some Great White mycorrhizae/bacteria. Is it ok to just mix this stuff into water and give it to my plant?

Yeah mate I do, just a pinch with every water at that age
