Thats a very good yield for an autoflower yes. How big was the pot and what strain? The nugs look beatiful, are they tight?
So here is one final update on this plant, and yield. Just for transparency's sake.
After finishing curing, the final weight of all of the jars was 309.47 when starting the cure. At the end of curing, the weight was 294g (10.5oz) of smokeable weed at the end of the day.
Here are a couple of other thoughts:
I live in NY, and the rollout of legal weed has been a disaster. So, anyway, my area just got its legal weed place seven weeks ago. I wandered in there while I was waiting for this plant to cure, and needed (or wanted) something other than edibles! So I looked around the store at the various prices, and I ran the numbers of what NYS says a mg of THC is worth vs what happened to my plant. Obviously, weed is a cash crop, but I've never sold any weed beyond for smoking, and that was decades ago. I can't believe how much NYS thinks my little plant is worth.
I AM NOT ADVERTISING SHIT FOR SALE, BUT THIS MADE ME LAUGH!
So, the Pineapple OG plant was from a "free" seed pack sent with my purchase. So, either $0, or $12.50 however one wants to look at it, and I estimate my tent to cost about $17/oz to run. That means $199.50 for the entire cost of the grow.
NYS sells a limit of tincture with 1000mg/fl.oz. My bottles are not legal for sale because of numerous reasons, but it exceeds the 1000mg limit. Mine comes in at 1430mg/fl.oz., and is bottled in 2fl. oz. bottles. And 6 ounces of the plant were processed into (12) 2oz bottles. NYS sells their tincture at a rate of $0.116/mg.
This means that my (12) bottles of tincture contain $3981.12 (34,320mg total)
This unassuming jar of butter made me laugh:
According to NYS pricing, this jar of butter has a value of $357.28
Then, the 4oz of smoking weed that I saved aside would sell for $800 in the store.
I straight up told the owner he was caught up in a Ponzi scheme. I grew 10.5oz of weed, with a combined value of $5138.40, for $0.50 less than the state sells a single ounce. The investment of the tent seems like Einstein discovering relativity now!
Anyway, I'm about to start a grow journal with the below seed that popped it's head above ground today. It's an OG Triploid, also from Humboldt. But these are a temperamental little beast. This is attempt number 4 at getting one past veg stage. Fingers crossed, I'm hoping for a pound to finish curing a week before Christmas.
