Barring some unfortunate circumstances I am sure these plants will fill out these areas. I do have some smart pots that I am putting two OG kush clones in because I don't have the faith that they would fill their area in. I am also debating putting in a new garden right now with 18 more 300 gallon smart pots and those will get two plants per pot.

Very Cool

You are the man, you keep us all inspired. At least me, those are some dream gardens. I would become nocturnal in the fall watching over them

Thanks for all the love everyone. I am happy to share and take everyone along for the ride.
Here is a shot of our boys we will be pollinating with. We have a couple keepers of each variety. We will also be starting another round of seeds later in the summer to ensure that we will have fresh pollen and some boys poppin in the fall.

Here are some more shots from Sac. This is a replica of the Liberty Bell.

This was written on the plaque in front of it. It spoke to me and made me a little sad about the state of our country and how our individual freedoms have been taken away from us.

"In standing before this symbol, you have the opportunity to dedicate yourself, as did our founding fathers, to the principles of the individual freedom for which our nation stands."

I hope I can do my part. I hope all of us can in our own way.

you are right, the real crimes do happen in Sacramento :)
I'm glad you listed your dispensiary you supply, I was going to ask you eventually as a california medical patient where I would be able to aquire some of your meds.

Do you only have 1 harvest per year? I know a lot of folds up there do perpetual greenhouse.

Man, with the Clean Green thing and everything you got goin on. You are well respected, and doin shit on the scale that most people on here only can dream about due to their location/country, laws, CLIMATE, etc, etc........ I am diggin what you are doin in a big way! It is great that you can share this with all of us!

? - Why have you chosen the cloth smart pots, over the plastic dimpled air-pots? Are the cloth ones way better for that scale?

? 2 - Will we be able to pick up some of your genetics through here as well come october/november or whenever the hell they get sent out?

Peace! Booger

Thanks for checking in Smoke Dreem, Squarepusher, and BoogerGreen. I appreciate the support.
Square, Fruitridge will have some of my medicine over the summer. They will have a lot of my medicine for their free patient giveaways which I am very happy to be a part of. You will have to go in there and ask for HumboldtLocal meds. Come fall that place will be well stocked. I don't do any light dep or indoor. Next year all of that will be changing.

Boog, Smartpots have a very good reputation around here for being able to produce very large plants. 10lb+. I don't think they make the airpots in as large sizes. I also think being made of plastic they wouldn't stay as cool as the Smartpots.
I would love to have my genetics on the Bay in the future. I will have to talk to Logic about that.
Thanks again everyone.

Clean Green?

I think 2 OG's would be a better way to go way to go. From what I understand the way the smart pots work is they allow the root tip to penetrate the pot and then the root tip dies. Then the root hairs grow out and fill the pot eventually. The root hairs are better at taking up nutrients and that is supposed to be the overall benefit of using them. Along with airflow in the medium. So if you don't use the whole smartpot you aren't using them to their full potential. I'm not doubting you though. This looks very professional and I'm sure that you know what you're doing.

Hey TG, I have checked out the Root Pots and was not very impressed. I think they would break down quicker from what I saw of the fabric. In fact I think that they advertise that they really decompose as a selling point. I do like their soils but I am not sold on those pots as being better than the Smartpots. You can call smartpots and get any custom size made all the way up to 800 gallons. I get my 200 and 300's custom made shallower and wider. I also get near wholesale prices on most of my materials from businesses that like to support the MMJ movement.:inlove

I have to give a plug to my friends that are starting a Cannabis college here in the heart of the Marijuana Growing Capital of the World, Humboldt County.
I learned some very important things from some of them in my earlier days. They have a wealth of knowledge that until now has not been shared outside of the Emerald Triangle. I am really looking forward to seeing how this progresses and hope I can contribute in some way. If anyone is hoping to take their growing skills to the next level these are the people to learn from. These ladies went to the courses at Oaksterdam to see how it was being run and were very unimpressed. Most of the info was all based on indoor cultivation and not outdoor or organics. They also did not like that there were no female teachers. Some of the best growers up here that have given this place it's reputation are ladies. Check them out.:winking0067:

Humboldt....You can get a landscape fabric (weed mat) that will last for years underground. But you have to go to a "landscape" store and get the good shit....it's really thick and strong ...looks like felt , but black....might be cheaper than ordering if you can sew.......

I'm jealous

Can't wait to hear about the drip system you use,I'm going with 45 gallon smart pots, and I want to have them on a drip also. I've heard that the smart pots will dry out in a hurry so the drip emitters make total sense. Everything looks awesome

Yo Humboldt, haven't checked in a bit to see how it's going and I'm not surprised to see that it's going well!

Much respect for doing what you do, and I'd imagine you have some awesome genetics to bring to the Farm. Make it happen man!

It is like being stuck.

I love the smartpots. Mine are #7 and seemed large for a sec....lol Fabric is super strong. Only had them a few weeks but very impressed. Anyway, Your garden is most impressive and I can't wait to see it fill in. Good luck with the genetic too. I hope to see them on the bay one day.

I've never met a person from humbolt I didn't like. I only know two....hehe A Very nice couple I met in the Dam. Wife lost their number. He kept assuring me that if I came to Humbolt I would run into him. I can't imagine it though.

Oh yeah. Subscribed. Guess i forgot the first time around

This is a GH of mine that I do a sort of Scrog in. These plants are first tied down with green tape and then deer fencing is layed on top of them. They are then spread out until they are touching. Once they get about five feet tall a second layer of fencing is added to hold them in place.

I mentioned before that I will be running some 200 gallon smartpots with two OG's in them and here they are.

These are Mr Nice cranking along.

Another OG
