Humidifier Cool mist vs Warm mist

What’s the ideal kind of humidifier? I have a 4x8x7 grow tent and a leviot cool mist humidifier. Is there a difference to using cool mist or warm mist? I’m having trouble keeping humidity up at times. I don’t think this humidifier can compete with the heater and duct fan replacing the air in the tent. So I’m looking for advice on to what I should buy after I return this one? For some reason I have it in my head I should do warm mist this time.

I would think a warm mist humidifier would make it easier to maintain tent temperatures
