Humidity for flowering 40 - 60 % and VEG 55 - 70 %?

I found this, Can i follow this?

I do first week 70% then 60% in veg or there abouts and then flower starts at 55% and drops slowly until I get it as low as I can in the last couple of weeks during fade. Currently 40% with 1 week or so left. That's what I do ✌

I go down to 20% in the final weeks during winter but the summer 35% is as low as I can get

I can't get it down to more than 55% humidity, they have been blooming for 3 weeks now. and grow indoors.
