So this is my first grow. I use 2 Aerogarden Farms 24xl’s and followed Aeroweed’s guide almost to the T. I’m on week 7 or 8 of his nutrient schedule. Every week I drain the water tanks and fill with fresh ph balanced nutrient water. Great results I think so far. Now these girls are getting quite thirsty they I have to add a half gallon of water per 2 plants per day. I’ve been premixing gallon jugs with all the nutrients and adding it for their water between water changes. Been doing that from day 1. Question is should I be adding the balance nutrients water in as they need it or only add plain ph balance water in as needed between weekly water changes? I’m only concerned now because of the very tips of the fan leaves turning brown and slight curling and everyone on this board and elsewhere suggest nutrient burn. So what do I cut or change to correct it?
