Im noticing some white dots on my plant. Anyone have any ideas on what type of deficiency?!

Also anyone know the deficiency of the 4th picture?!

Hey bro looking good have you sprayed with the lights on? Could be slight burn.

An i would say no enough light getting to the last pic clear the way for her should be fine
