Ah ha! I got it. Use baking soda. Every other natural ph up would have you walking into a hydro shop.

Wood ashes. They also provide nutrition as well as being alkaline. Can't get much cheaper, and easy to make!

This is very difficult ult to convince people! I don’t even try but even in the promix as long is I’m 5.8- 7.5 it always comes back to mid 6’s

What is the mix?
If its buffered potting soil with lime or oyster shell then overfeeding or overwatering and even just adjusting the ph can put it out of whack.

Potassium bicarbonate is what I use.. brewery stores..6$ a bag last me about a yr.
