Someone in another thread was nice enough to post this link regarding a Northern Light #5/White Widow cross called White Lightening. Is it possible that my friend's breeding duplicated this strain? I told him he's going to have to give her a real name now.

Attached are test nuggets I took from the Hog last night. Left her laying on the heating vent over night. Smoking her now, really nice for being fast dried 7 days early. I just love this girl.

Thanks. This particular pheno of Hog is something special. Her difference from the others is substantial. Like I've said, she's a moderate yielder, so I'm looking forward to getting her under the 600hps so I can have more of her.

I actually took her tops last night and have them hanging in the basement right now. Got her under the scope, everything I checked was at about 10%. This was only day 49, so I'm very happy with that nice trait. Still quite a few buds left to finish on the bottom. She's a monster head buzz when you take her only at a bit of amber. I'll put up some pics in a few days when I trim her for the jars.

The other pheno of Hog in the grow room right now from seed #3 is a good body smoke, a heavier yielder too. Checked her and she still had a good 20% clear, so she's on track for the normal 58 day cut. Pretty confident this will be her last grow, although I do have a rooted cutting in case I change my mind.

The Skunk OG18s have had a lot of color change the last couple of days. They're putting on that last push of resins. She was still about 10% clear, I'll probably take her next weekend at day 55.

Yesterday I fed the NW/WW & Kusberry Skunk their 1 tsp of Tiger Bloom and 1/4 tsp of Cha Ching per gallon. They both have a good 14-20 days to go.

Skunk OG18 Day 50 Porn

Both the Hogs and Skunk OG18s got just water today. All the pics are from the 2 SOG18s, which should be ready to have their tops cut on Sunday, day 55. I also included some pics of sugar nuggets I cut today, trimmed & untrimmed.

In the nursery, the 4 plants down below in the 1/2 gallon buckets also received just water today. Those strains are PR98BK, Strawberry Cough, Blueberry, and White Widow.

Heading for the jar

Some Hog sugar nuggets heading for the jar.

Smoked a test nugget of the Skunk OG18 and I believe she's ready. I'm going to double check with the scope, but I may start taking her tops tonight. If so, I'll post some pics. Day 51 isn't unheard of from this pheno. I've had her come as early as day 48.

Top Shelf of the Nursery

All 12 girls on the top shelf waiting their turn got a feeding today of just water.
Pics are various strains, including Hog 9 (both phenos), SOG18, Kushberry Skunk, NL/WW (which maybe I should start calling White Lightening), Blueberry, and PR98BK.

I know everyone likes the sweet bud pics, but this is where those big buds come from, itty bitty babies in the nursery.

Trim Porn

Just got finished trimming the Skunk OG18 that was hanging for the jars. I took the top 1/2 of both plants 5 days ago and they've been in the drying room. Came in 2 grams shy of 3 ounces.

I'll be harvesting the rest of those 2 plants tonight as well as the rest of one of the Hogs and the tops of another Hog. The NL/WW & Kushberry Skunk are going to be happy girls to have all the light to themselves for the next 10-12 days.

Yes, this is fun work when the harvest is coming in, but I'll be happy when I get on the perpetual harvest so all this fun work doesn't come at one time.

Yes, it was the feminized version. I actually got it as a freebie seed with an attitude order some time back. I have one in the flower room right now that will be ready in about 10 days and the that will be the last time I run her. I wouldn't have grown her this time if I didn't have a friend who liked it.

It's a beautiful grower, very bushy and green. She has an amazing floral scent, she puts on good weight, but her buzz is just too weak. If her high matched her packaging she'd be the most amazing smoke ever.

Melvan- I need help with cloning. I too am using rapid rooter and Clonex, but my results are not good. I see from your picture that clones are in plastic cups. I take it the rapid rooter is embedded in starter soil?
I think most of my cloning problems come down to water control. Rapid Rooters just get too wet if allowed to touch water at the bottom.
Most of my clones die. Makes it hard to take cuttings when the results are so bad.
Any advise is appreciated.
