i broke the cardinal rule of growing

i have an out door shed that i built for growing, filtered air in and pretty much bug proof. IMO
now the idiotic thing i did.
had a bad storm coming so i brought a few out door girls into the shed until it passed, of course they had all kinds of bugs on them.
i did spray them with water and used insecticidal soap 2 or 3 times before they went inside. but of course not good enough.
i do a perpetual grow and still find bugs after 3 harvests even though i spend tons on predatory mites.
going to get rid of everything in the shed (10 beautiful girls) and douche that place out.
what is the absolute best way to kill every living thing in there besides a small nuclear device?

Seal it air tight with duct tape, Bug bomb it. After 48 hours (or recommended time), air it out and Clorox everything.

You can try an ozone generator too. They can be had for <$100.

Plus there are other uses for it as well. Put all your equipment in there at same time and sterilize it.
