I did a boo boo need a quick hand

Well I started to mainline my cherry pie plant and I kinda snapped the growth a little bit. Now the leafs r droopy but the middle part look pretty good still .I tighten a tie and it to keep it attached . Now would I lose that main cola or would it heal itself.

Got other side ok but right side has a twist tie tied around steam to keep it as close as I can to the main steam
