I don't know if this is normal purple color or bad .

This plant is in my friends backyard and found out he's not the best person for growing because he gets so stoned he forgets they are even there sometimes (my fault it won't happen again next year) it's in flower but the leaves are starting to get purple on top and then the bottom leafs are all yellowing and dieing off . Any ideas?

I think thats normal for some strains like runtz layer cake, Im growing one at the moment because i wanted those purple leaves at the end but so far mine have stayed green.
I bet if he forgets its there it will be a great plant...its the people who are always watering and snipping, and feeding , like me , that can mess things up..

They didn't water enough unfortunately. And my only strains I grew this year was legendary punch , pink mist, and northern lights

Our cold snap did the same to one of mine. It's still producing buds, but yeah...lost a few leaves. 40-60
The older leaves didn't like it at all.

Yah Akron area. We had a couple nights that got down into the 50s i believe. It's only on one plant. Out of 4 total plants . I'm guessing it's gonna grow much bigger because of it but who knows

We actually made it into the 40s, one night. Top 1/3 of my plant had purple on it. Now most of those older leaves are dying off.
