I have 2 issues. Weak Stem and holes in leaves

Hi all. Newbie to the forum. But I used to grow my own stash from Mexican seeds way back

I have 2 issues.

1. The stem below the Cotyledon leaves is really weak and thinner compared to the rest of the plant. The plant is 3-4 weeks old. I have 2 little plants of different strains and they are both like that. any idea how to beef them up? I currently have a stick propping them up but I would prefer them to get strong.

2. My one plant has a few leaves that have holes in them. I don't ever see bugs on them so I don't know whats doing it?

I think you have something eating on it but other than that the stem looks ok to me. I'm only on my second grow through and still learning so I could be wrong.

Spray it with 50/50 Dawn Dish soap and water. Makes it taste bad and the bugs won't eat it.
Plants hungry. Needs a good feed of nitrogen fertilizer.
