I try to ride as much singletrack as I can out here in the hilly woods.
Bought 2 bikes last year. Then broke my shoulder real bad at the beginning of this spring.
Of course I was simply teaching my brother in laws 5 year old boy to ride without training wheels.
Freak unexpected fall at medium speed right out front of my house.
Been tearing around the forest for years with no injury. Lol.
Had full reconstructive surgery with 3 bands and 9 screws. Scapula broke across and up and down and muscles and nerves compacted like a car accident.
After 3 months of serious pain and stupid opiates I bought the second bike pictures as a reward for fast healing and rehabed myself on a bike.
Man I love bikes. And they got me off high blood pressure meds 5 years ago. Doctor was quite surprised. My whole family has shitty hearts.
