I need a powerful bug cleaner to put in my fogger???

I'm still fighting bugs with neem oil and the bugs are winning.

I have a Hudson fogger that I don't like at all.

So suggestions on a good fogger and a and a powerfull bug killer that has to be used without getting it on the plants and 1 that it can land on plants.

A "good fogger" for cheap can be found at Harbor Freight.
