You can either buy a single large CFL, like a 100w, not 100w equivalent but an actual 100w CFL, or you can buy a couple smaller ones and a splitter to run them together. It might depend on what’s locally available, a lot of places won’t sell 100w CFLs and be aware that some larger wattage CFLs will require an adapter to fit into a standard socket since they use a larger socket. You also want ones with a color temperature on the bluer side, so 6500K+.

You’re basically trying to bonsai the plant for a couple of months until you’re ready to start taking clones for outdoors again, so don’t be afraid to prune and then a month or so before you’re ready, depending on how many clones you’ll need, stop all pruning and let the plant grow uninterrupted.
