I have a 50 Pound LP-tank which i want to fill with butane.
First I warmed the lp tank and emptied it, so i can vac it completly. I connect the vacum pump to the System i have, which has a pressure messurement on it. The System then connects to the lp tank with a cable. The pressure builds up to -30, and then i Close the lp tank valve.
I now disconnect the System from the lp tank and set it in a cold water bath, with ice and salt in it. After 45 min I messure the temps on the LP-tank, and they are around -1 to -3 celcius. Now I connect the cantapper via the cables and put a can into the tapper, Close it and wait 3 sek, then i open the blue valve on the lp tank. The butane flows in nicely on the first can, but as I got to nr. 6 it just didn´t want to suck any more.
Could you please help me fill my tank ?
