This one is under 20 bucks http://www.amazon.com/XCSOURCE-Micr...011_1_6?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1460665768&sr=1-6 and took this pic. It is the base of a leaf.

I have a cheap 20 usb scope but I think the budget computer it's hooked to doesn't have good enough graphics and each pixel twinkle like a star..FWIW..lol. found a kids cyclops magnifying toy with 100 200 400x settings but again seems my tvs are not hd and I think that is holding it back from a very clear picture. .idk something to consider. .GL

hello everyone, i am trying to get some recommendations on good digital microscopes. i want one that will let me clearly distinguish between a hatched and unhatched broad mite egg. i currently have a cheap usb scope off ebay and a hand full of different handheld scopes. currently i am not happy with any of them...
so if anyone has a scope that they love, please let me know what kind it is.

I have two good suggestions for you. For digital, I like this scope: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PVMRZQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It does a great job and is easy to use. It is wireless (wi/fi) and connects to everything and is less than $50.

But the viewer that I use most is a cheap clip on from Harbor freight that works great. I use it all the time and seldom need the digital unless I want a pic. It clips on to your eyeglasses, and will be your go to magnifier: https://www.harborfreight.com/165x-jewelers-clip-on-eye-loupe-94364.html

There is a good microscope, National Geographic Biolux 40x-800x with a smartphone adapter.

A loop or a macro 20x clip on your phone works much better in the field vs a microscope. Plus you will have auto focus.
