Here's the situation:
The room is 9x12 with a small closet.
It is kept at 79-80° with a space heater. The vent from the heat pump is sealed.
The door stays closed with a blanket on the outside.
My plants are in a 4x4 tent, but the front door is always open...24/7. I only have the tent up to hang the lights, and mess control.
There is a small fan that blows into the tent from the room to keep it breezy.
I have no exhaust set-up. The only air exchange is when I open the door to check the plants and stuff. About 3-4 times/day. (Im working on it).
I'm running a sf 1000 and a pb1000 on two plants in soil.
I have a humidifier inside the tent that runs 24/7.
I figured my temp/humidity reader was bad. I brought it into the living room and set it right next to the base unit part. They were both the same within about 30 minutes. I figure that means it's working. So
I can't - for the life of me - understand how my humidity can only be 30%.
