I think these are passed their prime first 8 popped then stopped, like they shrunk back into the shell. Never seen that before.... anybody ever have similar experience with better results care to chime in? I did the diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide soak but no dice.

That’ll happen if you let them get too dry during germ.
