I think I might have messed up my soil

Ok so I bought composted manure and pearlite and mixed 50\50 I've already put the germinated beans in the pots and now I'm reading that I should have mixed in soil as well so the ? Is will my beans grow or not

You should mix something like coco coir or something in there, otherwise you’re basically growing in straight fertilizer.
