pic of the whole plant, close up pics of some tops. would help having a better idea.

last pic bottom that show trichromes covering calyx/bract seem mostly milky or clear ...

I like to do a staggered harvest.
Those trichomes look mostly cloudy.
If you harvest it all now it will be energizing, all of it.
If you wait until it's almost all cloudy with an occasional tan or gold.
It will be stonier, good smoke to relax at the end of the day.
Wait a bit longer, and it can be couch lock. Good bedtime smoke.
When you take the "growers cut" (Terminal bud first).
The rest of the plant gets a growth spurt.
I then take about half the remaining branches and label them as a mellow high.
After another week I cut and label it couch lock.
I dry them to about 60% RH, then jar it to cure.
For long term storage, I "cob" some, (fermentation cure) Then vacuum seal.
Those cobs last for years.

Hope some of this helps
Aloha,
Wee zard

You want to take pics of the buds & not the leaves as the leaves turn earlier than the buds

Herbs right a pic of the whole plant might help

I sometimes use a microscope you can buy various versions that said your cam seems to take good pics

Personally I prefer a bit of amber however I grow more than one plant so if I want a head high I plant a sativa in the mix

Happy growing šŸ™‚
