I think ive worked out what went wrong

I had some yellowing leaves on each branch of my plants , then got some brown spots , which i put down to calcium def, so i gave it a foliar feed of calmag.
ive been feeding a 3;2;5 houseplant food , although i bought a 150ml bottle so it says NPK is half that at 1;2; 0.9 ; 2.2 ...THEN because i have overfed 2-3 grows i was careful not to go overboard , feeding 2-3 mls with every 2-3 watering ...i looked on the bottle today and it recommends 5ml in 1 litre ...so i have basically underfed it all through veg..dont get me wrong im pleased with it , its already producing tricomes in the right places 3 weeks into bud, but I just wanted to get some advice so i dont do something stupid.. ive already given it 2mls of atami A+B , and dose of seaweed based biostimulant with trace elements including calcium....its not getting worse ...
should i start feeding about 3-4mls in 1 litre of water (im switching over to proper cannabis nutes) ie, can you shock a plant by giving it a big change in its nutrients. Ive also got some big bud , which i might start adding now .
should i flush it first , im in soil ?

Definitely don't flush it. The bottom pic looks good. If that's the current state, continue to ramp up the feed each time until you reach the level you want. Don't dump a bunch of stuff in thinking you can jump start it right away.
