Just wondering....

What are some of y'alls idears on when to do the ole chop and hang with these things?

I have not got my scope out to do a tric check, but one of these plants is lookin....ripe. 50% of the hairs have reddened, but the trics are not really as snowy on that plant, and the flowers dont seem to be gaining any mass now. It's been almost 8 weeks I think since I first noticed flowers, even tho "flowering" starts when she stretches, so I figure a little over 11 weeks since that started....

I dunno. First true, somewhat natural, outdoor grow. Lookin for some ideas on when I should slice and dice these things......
