Hey Topp.
Welcome to the forum. Looks like you have a seedling!
She looks a little dry. Give her 1 oz of water. She should stand up in about an hour.
Maybe put a little juice glass over the top upside down for a day. No longer.
She will be ok. All is well.

So tell me what is the potting material in the cup?
Did you punch a few holes in the bottom of the cup for drainage?

What about light?
Depending on where you are in the world. A window sill will not provide enough hours a day of light. It needs 16 hours.
The plant will grow fine under a couple of 15w white CFL bulbs on a timer 16 hrs on 8 hrs off. Until you transplant outdoors or under high powered lighting. Click link.

She going outside or indoors?
What potting mix are you planning on using?
How about Fertilizer?
What ever you have in mind please share so we can help you.
As of right now you have a nice seedling.
It's just a matter of not over watering or over feeding for a bit and she is doing just fine.
