Ideal air 60 pint dehuey problem

I am getting a warning beep and the water tank full light and nothing seems to be wrong. I have my condensate line hardlined so its not getting near full. Anyone have any suggestions?

Check your float valve/sensor, sounds like it is jammed in the up/full position.

Ours used to do something similar just had to take the tank out, and put it back with some force, then the problem went away! now it has a tendency to turn off when ever it wants :(

I did a few of the suggested things to fix this thing and i got it to run for an hr. now its back to beeping and showing a water tank full light. ANYONE have ANYTHING to add. im thinking about shipping it back to the manufacture.:fighting0003:

Try poking around on the top of the tank with a long screwdriver to see if its a fitment issue. In the 100 gal ideal I had to shave some of the plastic tank down just so I could get it out easily. Is it draining from the tank at all?
