man I would say fuck sealed and just go air cooled unless you wanna spend the cash on co2 and what not. Those tents are so reflective I never noticed the difference between an adjust wing and an air cooled plus the increase in cost of equipment for a small space never seemed worth it. Those wings are nice in big ass rooms to Max coverage gotta figure w a 1k your maxing that space in light. But this is our hobby and both ways work Good luck man they look killer.

i have the same tent. most likely you would have to cut a hole in it for an ac. ive thought about sealing mine up. i run a 1000 watt in a xxxl.

why not use one of the windows?
I think it comes down to its summer. As soon as night time temps drop into the 50's here I think things will be a little different.
I'm pretty sure I can get away with mid 80's even if its not ideal.
Are you running lights at night? how are temps with the vented hood?

Right on thanks bro, I just figured AC was the best bet. The stand idea works perfect. and I can still open the garage door if need be. I sandwiched another piece of plywood and some rigid insulation board on the inside to keep everything tight.
You're right the tent is running nice now for sure. stoked!

Looking great man.. very nice set up you have.

"Bong ... James Bong."

That ac is pretty bitchin' MrBong & your plants look great. You plan on insulating it?

Hey thanks Darth Fader, Not sure the best way to insulate the tent although I'll probably be motivated to do something when I get my next electric bill. lol

The A/C is working sweet. The tent stays at around 77-78* during lights on. I've been noticing that the humidity jumps pretty bad at lights out so I've been running the exhaust during the dark hours.

Any ideas on how to best use the AC and the exhaust would be helpful.
Right now I'm thinking of putting the AC on a timer so it's only on during lights on then have the exhaust kick on during lights out.

I built a table yesterday and covered it with plastic.

what does your temp drop too at lights out when the humidity spikes?

if you can keep the light on/lights out temps closer to the same the it wont spike the humidity so much

Temps been dropping around 8-10* or so at lights out. I run the light at night from 8pm to 8am. It's still pretty cool in the garage at 8am but gradually heats up during the day (night for plants) depending on the weather outside etc.

MrBong, a class act as always. I will definitely be stealing that window banger AC stand design for my tent. Been doing this for too long without an AC... Everything looks great.

Sick tent bro, will be checking daily from now On.
Right on thanks Burned Haze.

I just finished running my exhaust ducting and getting that whole deal dealt with. I can still hear the fan a little so I might try a silencer coming off the fan. I have a 8" insulated duct coming off the fan and running through the attic to a vent.

I'm looking for suggestions for how to further dial in the new tent.

I really need a catch tray of some sort for watering. Should I do a 4x4 flood tray or something like that?
I have 12" clearance under my table for a res. or runnoff collection.
I was thinking of trying the trompf blumats with the organic soil but might do a top drip deal also. (?) I have room for a res outside the tent for either gravity feed or pumped.

Right on thanks for looking.

Thanks, they're looking pretty nice at this point.

I picked up one of those plastic pools to use as a tray for right now. $16.

I've also rotated the light 90* so the AC will blow across the bulb rather than over the top of the reflector. Just tryin out different set ups.
The AC has been saving my ass btw. It's been pretty hot lately.
