How high are those ceilings? Might be able to frame up a second floor and really stack the plant count.

As of now I have no idea. I wont be moving there till march. before we move in, im designing. see what things i need to buy etc a whole cost projection if you will.
What is the ideal amps?

You really really reallllllllllllllllllly need to find out how many amps are available at the location.

There is a huge difference between a 200 amp grow and a 1000 amp grow.

Make sure you calculate the cost of electricity into your budget. 6 months should do. Just had to pay a $3900 electric bill for a friend that went over budget on build out and doesn't have any money left. Probably have to get him another $3900 for next month. He maxed out everything he had currently 40 grand over budget.

Also maybe hit up smokey or try to find someone to consult / teach you. I do some locally in mi and have accepted many forms of appreciation from cash to cars and snowmobiles

How in the world did you get that job w/ zero experience? You're looking at a lot more money and time than you can possibly think to do that correctly.

Nice stem walls and drain tho. The concrete still looks like it's got plenty of curing to do.

200 amp 3 phase is minimum. Hopefully u have more to play with. Ur max lighting using 1000 watters would be around 30. Due to a/c power and veg room

Please grow in a greenhouse. It will have much lower operating costs. It will cost less to build. All of those mean a better bottom line.
