trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong, is this a deficiency or lockout? What does this look like to you guys?

Watering practice In early veg prior to flower? Fluctuations in temps. Over fed ?

I used fox farm happy frog soil, I added grow big during veg. I used the tiger bloom when I switched to flower. The plant was doing great a couple weeks ago, I noticed after I watered again with tiger bloom things looked worse. I try to let the soil get pretty dry before watering and always have run off. Checked run off and ph is good.

Multiple deficiencies, give her more nutes.
The rust spots are calcium def, the lightening leaves from the bottom indicate nitrogen def and the browning edges are likely from potassium def. Wouldn't add much nitrogen mid flower tho, but a little.

I think that a few yellow leaves during flowering is to be expected. The rest of the plant looks great and you are following good farming practices. I read somewhere about why this happens, nutrient needs changing, and I think the flowers are pulling nutrients from the leaves?

OK for one at first glance, you can tell right away that you have your light too hot. Turn it down a few percent there or maybe raise it a little bit if you can help it. and I hang them high as hell buddy at least 30 inches above canopy. It looks like your nitrogen levels were high as well and on top of that it wants more P & k

Yeah, when you start to see the plants fade like that, it’s the plants cannibalizing themselves for food. It means that you’ve got a couple of vigorous plants going and that they’re eating really really well because the medium has been cleared and now they’re moving on to eating themselves because they’re tasty as shit, I always just looked at. That is a good note that the plant is a vigorous plant but you could always go ahead and up. The pk a bitt Sooner, because yeah, the fade looks pretty and it happens to all of us, but if you can help it, it’s better to avoid it because with the late fade leaves will die back. If you can keep it fed to the clip that’s eating at and you keep those leaves they drive growth Fatter buds👊🏻🤡
