You don't need to pack them in or anything like that just make a little hole to set it in it will find its way. The root tip will break very easily so you have to be gentle.

You can use one of those 26 watt CFL bulbs 6500 K works great for seeds.

Just the small spiraled ones are fine. You could probably grow that plant 6 or 8 inches tall on one of those little bulbs. Keep it about 6 inches away

You have to get the right color though. Look at the box and try to get one that says 6500 k sometimes they are labeled as daylight

Can I use that bulb with my full spectrum light to get more light to my plants and be ok? Or only for seedlings?

You can absolutely use that light to supplement for your plants 6500 K is awesome for veg.
