I'm wanting to understand lighting

The only reason I like the 4x4 is the extra 8 inches of height. Not sure if I will be high enough in a 3x3. In another thread someone said 300 to 500 watts is best for a 3x3. These posts are confusing.

My tent is 6 feet tall and it's great. One 300 watt is not equal to another 300 watt light, check out MIGRO on youtube he will answer any and all lighting questions. I never recommend youtubers but this guy is A plus
