In flowering stage currently, saw this on one of my plants, what is it?

Hello everyone, I’m currently in flowering and I’ve been noticing spots on some leaves on one of my plants. Not totally freaked out yet since it seems to be only here and there but would still like to here some opinions on it. Also, I’ve been trying the defoliant during flowering method and have taking leaves off could this have possibly been a cause (infection, etc.?) plus it’s been raining a lot but been cool so I’m hoping it’s not fungus!

Okay thanks! I was thinking that but didn’t want to believe it , I’ve cleared the surrounding soil of leaf debris as well as trimmed, I would put leaf debris in the pots after trimming which is probably what did it, plus I sprayed with neem oil so hopefully it goes away!
