Plant leaves are curling up andin looks like leaves are canoeing I left heater on room was really warm wondering if that's the prob ph is checked twice a day is always on point. Just need accurate answers. I use GH line with cal mag and flood table four feeds a day grown for years first time I've seen this

Heat will cause leaf tacoing/curling so that is your most likely cause. Could also be slight nute burn. Are you using GH line at full strength? Might want to think of cutting it down a bit if so. Those ladies are still young. Best of luck.
