Indoor Tree selection

After reading somethings in another thread I began to think that my idea's of selection for Vertical lighting Tree growing may be a bit off. I've always thought that bushier more indica dominants were the preferred choice for vertical lighting. So I thought I would put it out to you guys and see what your thoughts are. Am I better off with a more sativa dominant plant?

What traits do you guys look for when selecting pheno's for vertical lighting setups?

You need to run a strain for a while in a vert set up to understand how to top/train/when to flip/ etc...

Each starin is different, but each strain I believe has good potential if you can get all the timing down right. Especially veg time.
