What are some brand names of industrial trimmers? I'd like to look at as many lines/companies as possible.

Any input or specific trimmer reviews appreciated

so far I've found

trim pro
samurai
trim reaper
the salad bowl types
cro-cut

>>the twister seems to be the most industrial one can get:) Very similar to the samurai

What about other industries besides herb. Trim scene shows them cleaning hops. What do hop farmers use, it must be cheaper. JK

I looked into the hop harvesting thing and I couldn't find any information about this type of trimmer. Small hop producers do it by hand, the big guys have pto driven machines they drive through the field and "thresh" as they go. The hop cones are more durable than buds and all they are trying to do is pull the the cones off the vine. There is no "trimming" of the cone necessary. But I would LOVE to be wrong and find a source for cheaper trimming machines. Has anyone seen any?

I am pretty close with some hemp researchers. The guy who designs there machines told myself and my boss that he could design a machine to harvest and trim a drug marijuana plant. At the big garden I work at we use a twister. Boy is it worth it :D Some of the buds it doesnt do a perfect job but shit it cuts down the amount we have to trim by soo much it was worth the 11,000$. If you are planning to order one though do it now! It took a long time for us to get ours and kind of ruined the harvest.
