Hello,
I have access to a high quality distillate and just had a few questions about making my own vape cartridges. For bulk 510 cartridges, is there an industry standard? Or rather suggestions for a good value cartridge that is also high quality? The jars of distillate are 1L and I understand the ratio of distillate to terps is 9:1. What sort of equipment do I need to mix the distillate/terps and transfer them to cartridges most effectively? Could someone explain this process to me? How much could I use at a time? Is there a certain temperature that the mixture needs to be kept? What kind of syringes would I need for most efficient use? Do carts come already placed in trays for easy filling? How much waste can I expect during the filling process? Once filled, do the carts need to be arranged or placed in a certain way for certain periods of time? I understand there are filling machines, can anyone offer the pros and cons of these and perhaps provide a few suggestions?
