Is your Ph in the correct range for hydro. If it is not it may be nute lockout due to Ph.

what strain are you growing? a few strains naturally have pale green leaves.

other than that I would suggest

Checking your lights
or nutrient issue

This is the 3rd thread about the same issues with the same plant. Please jeep 1 thread per issuenir topic. Now the help we give is spread out over 3 threads. It' gonna take a sober mind to sort thru all of it now.
