Hello,
First time Canadian grower, located east of Toronto and West of Ottawa.
Just wanted to say what a great crowd here with many willing to share their experiences. I have a firdt time outdoor grow of a couple plants and have learned alot from here. Unfortunately I never discovered here till well after my plants were started and would have done things differently in hindsight. Friend gave me 5 seeds from his trip to Jamaica last winter. They were just bag seed and didn't know anything about grow regions, grow time and about the different strains. Only 2 of the seeds germinated and lucky they were both female. Well they grew and they grew and kept on growing. I was imagining a plant that would reach 5-6'. Not these! I will post picture in the outdoor grow forum. The bigger of the 2 is just over 11' and the other is about 9' and change.
