Does anyone here use Ionic nutes for soil & coco? I have been using them in coco for years now and always had great results. So easy to use and very effective. I always laugh when i hear people say great beginners nutrient line. Anyways recently the makers of Ionic here in the States (Hydrodynamics International) dropped the coco part of the label and now it says just soil. And they have changed the bloom ratios to a 2-2-5 from a 1-1-3. And the grow nutrient went from a 2-1-2 to a 3-1-4 or something like that. I still have gallons of the soil & coco formula and its still on the shelves at the stores but slowly disappearing. I think iam going to call them (they are close by) and get the lowdown. Ive been using this nutrient line since the mid nineties and i know it so well. My biggest fear is if they lowered the calcium ratios to accommodate the lime found in most peat based mixes. Just wondering if anyone who uses this brand for coco coir gardening noticed the change?
