ionizer tower fans ?

i am thinking to buy a tower fan to increase air circulation in the tent . however ,i have already experienced high RH problems. i read in some where they blow cold steam .
i wonder ionizer tower fans may cause higher humidity ?

ANd do they work well ?

i have 3 oscillation fans top of the canopy. but it is very hot outside and i think they may help to decrease the temp. i will put it corner of my tent if i buy one.

I got one of these, the thing moves air like a champ. I have my light venting outside the tent and have the round side pulling the air away from that vent. It actually creates negative pressure in my tent. I also bought a hepa air filter thing and it's not in the tent any longer. The ionization created a lot of static which shocked me any time i touched anything, so it's out of there. It had me worried that I had a short somewhere and I don't need that aggravation :)
