Irrigation Salt Buildup Issues Using Heavy 16?

anyone have any trouble with salt build up in their irrigation lines/ pumps (1 1/2 in vinyl tubing) using heavy 16 full line? getting ready to switch to custom automated irrigation system using halo rings 12in and Mombi 1200ghp pump with 1.5in tubing, gunna try running it 1 min every 3 hours, so 4 times during its 12 light hours and plan for 1.5gal of nutes per 20gal pot. total of 24 plants, so there will be total of 84 feet of tubing, someone told me i would have salt build up and clogging esp with their PRIME product, anyone have any experience with irrigation build up?

Check out black hole hydro their rings are only 4" but they are the nicest ring I have ever seen. just picked some up for myself they are reasonable n price look like you would have a hard time clogging them as a plus netafim pressure regulatored emitters slide directly into the 1/4" models otherwise they connect to 1/4" inside diameter line

ive used heavy for 3 years and prime wont clog your system, your only using 2-4 ml of prime,shake it well...every drip system requires maintenance,flushing clogs etc, heavy wont increase that beyond basic upkeep

Ya it just sounds like you need to flush your lines with water and taht should clear it up.
