Is it flowering

I was given this View attachment 1020331Dwarf plant grown from seed in February. It’s now flowering but I don’t know how long it’s been in the flower phase. He just gave it to me. My question is this can anybody help me out here and let me know what week it would be in. And if anything else needs to be done with it thank you in advance guysView attachment 1020332

Yes as said on your other thread at least 3 weeks into flower just feed it bloom nutes and let nature take its corse . Od .

Do I feed them bloom every time I feed them and so I trim more?

I’m sorry it’s in soil from the start I feed it bloom every others day it seems like is this to much. It’s grown outside.
