Sure,,, I've done coffee cup and solo cup challenge grows with 50w light in a small box lined with foil and a computer case fan for exhaust or in computer cases using the computer power supply to power the grow. Was only worth it if the prizes for such grows were high end computer, motorcycle or car parts.

At 6 inches you can get nearly 900 ppfd. You’re not going to be able to beat that with any other light in that class, I’m pretty sure.
