Is it ready to harvest seeds from?

Hey this year was my first grow and one of my plants hermied and started growing seeds and I kinda neglected it cause it looked so sick and I couldn’t fix it but I wanna get the seeds from it even if they aren’t gonna be great I wanna try to get at least something from her lol. Anyway when should I harvest this? Is it too early or late or should I do it now?
